It’s coming up – soon.  Friday is the last week of clinical affiliations and then on to graduation.  It’s been a long, interesting, tiring, invigorating, troubled, amazing, blah blah blah – three years. 

I look forward to getting out and being part of the American medical system (which despite our flaws, is still pretty good).
